Please be aware that all bookings and payments made to our company include a 3.5% non-refundable transaction fee. This fee covers the processing costs associated with the payment and is not eligible for a refund in case of cancellation or changes to the booking.

Cancellation of package Tour 

• No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations up to 30 calendar days before the first day of the package tour.
• A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received 15-29 days before the first day of the package tour.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received 7-14 days before the first day of the package tour.
• A 96.5% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received 7 days before the first day of the package tour.
• A 3.5% is non-refundable and it represents the transaction fee.

Payment Policy for package tour

• 20% down to confirm the package tour
• 80% payment should be paid, 30 days before the first day of the package tour.
• If you already paid the deposit and can't make the tour, you can request a refund, note,
• You will only get 96.5% of the deposit back and you should send us a written email more than 30 days before the first day of the package tour.
• The deposit is non-refundable if you request the cancellation within 30 days before the first day of the package tour.
• Please also note that 3.5% of the payment is not refundable at all, as it represents the transaction fee.
• You can ask for a credit note if you like to change the date between 15 and 30 days before the first day of the package tour. The credit note is valid for 1 year from the requested date.

Transfers Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation fee will be charged if a client cancels the booking with more than 24 hours notice and you will be entitled to get a 96.5% refund back.
• A 3.5% is non-refundable and it represents the transaction fee.
• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellations received within 24 hours before the arrival flight.
• If the transfer service is canceled by us due to the weather or any other mishaps, you will get a 100% refund from us.

Long-distance transfers Policy (more than 3 hours per transfer)

• No cancellation fee will be charged if a client cancels the booking more than 48 hours and you will be entitled to get a 96.5% refund back.
• A 3.5% is non-refundable and it represents the transaction fee.
• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellations received within 48 hours before the arrival flight.
• If the transfer service is canceled by us due to the weather or any other mishaps, you will get a 100% refund from us.

Landmannalaugar & Þórsmörk transfers Policy - Private Bus

• No cancellation fee will be charged if a client cancels the booking more than 14 days and you will be entitled to get a 96.5% refund back.
  
• A 3.5% is non-refundable and it represents the transaction fee.
• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellations received within 14 days before the service date.
• If the transfer service is canceled by us due to the weather or any other mishaps, you will get a 100% refund from us.
  

Day Tours Policy

• No cancellation fee will be charged if a client cancels the booking more than 48 hours and you will be entitled to get a 96,5% refund back.
• A 3.5% is non-refundable and it represents the transaction fee.
• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellations received within 48 hours before the service date.
• If the transfer service is canceled by us due to the weather or any other mishaps, you will get a 100% refund from us.

Northern Lights Policy

• No cancellation fee will be charged if a client cancels the booking more than 12 hours and you will be entitled to get a 96,5% refund back.
• A 3.5% is non-refundable and it represents the transaction fee.
• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cancellations received within 12 hours before the service time and date.
• If the transfer service is canceled by us due to the weather or any other mishaps, you will get a 100% refund from us or a credit note to use to reschedule the service for a different night.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy for group booking of more than 6 Rooms

• Cancellation received 28 days before the arrival day: no cancellation fee
  
• Cancellation received 14-27 days before the arrival day: 25% fee of the total hotel cost
• Cancellation received 3-13 days before the arrival day: 50% fee of the total hotel cost
• Cancellation received 0-2 days before the arrival day: 100% fee of the total hotel cost
  

Accommodation Cancellation Policy for reservations less than 6 Rooms

• Cancellations must reach the hotel 48 hours before booked arrival date.
• For cancellations received outside the above time, one night will be charged per room booked. When more than 2 nights are canceled, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
  The hotel will take full payment for a no-show, late arrival, and early departure of confirmed bookings.

Further explanations

• Please note each service might have a different cancellation policy, more details will be stated during the booking process.
• If the client requests a cancellation for the prepaid booking, please note that you will receive a 96.5% refund of the total paid, as 3.5% is non-refundable and it represents the transaction fee.
• If the tours or services are canceled by us Iceland Highlights, you will be entitled to a full refund of 100%.
