To ensure a smooth pick-up, we kindly ask you to wait at the entrance of the terminal building, especially during the busy disembarkation period. Stationing yourself at this spot allows our drivers to locate you swiftly upon their arrival. If you've provided us with your cruise's name, our drivers will be prepared with the exact location. Please stay vigilant for any empty vehicles nearby; these are likely signs that your driver is en route to pick you up. Keep in mind that the port area becomes particularly hectic during transition periods, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these moments.

Identify the Correct Terminal

In the Skarfabakki area, it's important to identify the correct terminal for your needs. There are two terminals in this area: the main terminal known as Skarfabakki 312 Cruise Terminal, and the container terminal named Skarfabakki 315. To determine the terminal you need to go to, please refer to the schedule provided here.

Choose the Closest Terminal

To minimize confusion and travel time, we recommend heading to the terminal closest to your docking location. If your cruise ship is docking near Skarfabakki 312, please proceed directly to that terminal. If your ship is closer to Skarfabakki 315, please make your way to the container terminal.

Key Areas and Navigation

Security Check Point: Located at the entry point of the terminal. Passengers need to go through security checks before proceeding to other areas.

Temporary Terminal (Blue Area): This is the current operating terminal where all passenger activities are conducted temporarily. It includes:

Baggage Hall 1: Initial baggage drop-off and security check for luggage.

Baggage Pick-Up: Area to collect your baggage after disembarkation.

Check-In Security: Main security area for passenger check-in.

Baggage Drop-Off: Designated area to drop off baggage before boarding.

Construction Site (White Area): This area is under construction and currently not accessible to passengers. All terminal activities are temporarily redirected to the blue area.

WC (Restrooms): Located near the drop-off zone for passenger convenience.

Drop-Off Zone: Area for vehicles to drop off passengers.

Terminal Shuttle: Provides transportation between different sections of the terminal.

City Shuttle: Shuttle service to and from the city center stop at Harpa Concert Hall

Container Terminal: However, under certain circumstances such as inclement weather or multiple cruises docking on the same day, you may need to wait inside the Skarfabakki 315 container terminal. Rest assured that our drivers will be aware of this and will come to find you inside the container terminal if necessary.

Korngaður Cruise Terminal

Kornagarður Cruise Terminal is one of the cruise ship docking locations in Reykjavík, offering a convenient entry point for passengers exploring Iceland's capital city. Located in the Skarfabakki Area, it provides easy access to the vibrant city center, renowned landmarks, and various attractions.

If you are disembarking at Miðbakki Cruise Port, please note that all passengers will need to go through the container terminal. We kindly ask you to wait inside the terminal until you spot our driver. They will be readily available to assist you with your transfer. Waiting inside the container terminal ensures a convenient and organized process, allowing our driver to locate you efficiently. Rest assured, our driver will be equipped with proper identification and will be easily recognizable.
